Job Description

Main Job Duties:

  • Help desk agent solve daily issues for normal users (internet, network share, printers, scanners, office application…).
  • Establish, build & maintain the company's data networks (Computer Network, Telephone Network, Security systems network (Access control, Surveillance systems…).
  • Install data network cables (computer, Telephone & Security networks).
  • Fix printer’s issues (laser, ink, ribbon, industrial, bar code, scanners copiers…).
  • Troubleshooting (data networks problems, printers, Windows, MAC, & Linux OS & applications…).
  • Technical reporting skills.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure the issue has been resolved.


 

 

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, or any other related degree.
  • Certification as IT Technician will be an advantage (e.g. CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional.
  • 3-5 years of experience
  • Ability of problem-solving
  • Good English.
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues
  • Very good communication skills.
  • Very good command of English
