Job Description
Main Job Duties:
- Help desk agent solve daily issues for normal users (internet, network share, printers, scanners, office application…).
- Establish, build & maintain the company's data networks (Computer Network, Telephone Network, Security systems network (Access control, Surveillance systems…).
- Install data network cables (computer, Telephone & Security networks).
- Fix printer’s issues (laser, ink, ribbon, industrial, bar code, scanners copiers…).
- Troubleshooting (data networks problems, printers, Windows, MAC, & Linux OS & applications…).
- Technical reporting skills.
- Follow up with customers to ensure the issue has been resolved.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, or any other related degree.
- Certification as IT Technician will be an advantage (e.g. CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional.
- 3-5 years of experience
- Ability of problem-solving
- Good English.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues
- Very good communication skills.
- Very good command of English
