Job Description
- Review contractual documents during tender phase to allocate potential risks.
- Manage the Contract Administrations works for ongoing projects.
- Report status of current Contract Processes to Contract Director.
- Prepare all contractual correspondences for ongoing contracts.
- Prepares, manages, and submits different types of claims according to the contract.
- Ensure the Project processes and submissions are according to the contract requirements.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree of engineering.
- CLAC or Similar Contracts Management programs.
- Excellent command of English
- Strong working knowledge of administering FIDIC Contracts.
- Minimum 8 years of experience, including minimum 5 years in contract administration position in construction companies.
