Customer Service Representative (French Speaker)
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative (French Speaker) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and complaints, providing accurate information, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming calls, emails, and chat inquiries in French.
Provide accurate information about products and services to customers.

Job Requirements
Customer Service Representative (French Speaker)
Education: Bachelor’s degree (any discipline).
Languages: Excellent command of French (spoken & written) is a must. Good command of English is a plus.
Experience: 0–2 years of experience in customer service, call center, or related field (fresh graduates are welcome).
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Customer Focus: Ability to handle customer inquiries with patience, empathy, and professionalism.
Computer Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and ability to work with CRM systems.
Flexibility: Willingness to work in shifts (including evenings, weekends, and holidays if required).
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Teamwork: Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
