Job Description
- Supervise all tasks related to the Arabic department
- Conduct end-of-year evaluations for the Arabic department members
- Provide guidance to all Arabic department members
- Supervise and revise weekly and monthly lesson plans for all Arabic department stages.
- Implement efficient processes and standards.
- Mentor and motivate teams to achieve productivity and engagement.
Job Requirements
- Excellent interpersonal and Communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Arabic major
- master's degree is an asset.
- Proven experience as an Arabic Head of Department, similar leadership role
- Analytical mind and Problem-solving aptitude
