Accountant (Construction Sector)

Key Responsibilities:

• Record and manage daily financial transactions and journal entries.
• Prepare financial statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
• Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow.
• Track project expenses and assist in preparing budgets and cost reports.
• Handle supplier and subcontractor invoices, payments, and account reconciliations.
• Prepare and file tax reports, VAT, and ensure compliance with local regulations.
• Support internal and external audit processes.
• Maintain accurate records of project financial data.
