Job Description

  • Manage all accounting transactions.
  • Record all financial transactions of the company.
  • Prepare and submit periodic financial reports , such as statement of accounts and operating budget.
  • Prepare extracts and manage customer contractor and supplier accounts.
  • Participate in preparing the company's budget.
  • Prepare and submit tax returns.
  • Publish financial statements in time.
  • Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings.
  • Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements.

Job Requirements

  • Work experience as an Accountant , preferably in the construction industry.
  • Familiarity with construction project management and cost accounting is a plus.
  • Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures, including the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
  • Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills.
  • Experience in preparing project extracts.
