Job Description
- Prospect and qualify new leads / Accounts.
- Generate new prospect leads and new accounts over the telephone and face to face or any other methods
- Schedule meetings according to deal needs with prospects outside the company.
- Track all sales and acquisition activities on the system and ensure all accounts are updated regularly.
- Maintain a well-developed pipeline of prospects
- Develop strong, ongoing relationships with prospects and customers
- Meet and exceed quotas within the agreed-on time frame
- Coordinate with other team members and departments to optimize the sales effort
- Meeting all client needs and deliverables according to proposed timelines.
- Develop and promote monthly and quarterly sales objectives.
Job Requirements
- Candidate must be an Upper Egypt resident (ex: Qena, Sohag, Minya).
Bachelor's degree. - At least 7 years proven track record in B2B sales / deals acquisition preferred at financial services, fin-tech..
- An excellent communicator and well-organized person
- Ability to build relationships easily on the phone and face to face.
- Business development ideas and ability to find new business.
- Organizational skills including prioritizing, time management and meeting deadlines.
- Dealing with senior executives to board level.
- Has desire and commitment to work in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and computer skills.
- Able to work independently in an entrepreneurial environment.
- Must be self-motivated, ambitious, well organized, and hard worker person
- Excellent appearance.
- Fluent English.
- Own a car is a must.
