Job Description
- erform routine maintenance on CNC machines, including mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems.
- Diagnose and repair machine malfunctions, breakdowns, and performance issues.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
- Conduct preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
- Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical problems using diagnostic tools (e.g., multimeters, oscilloscopes).
- Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance and repair activities.
- Collaborate with production teams to schedule and complete maintenance tasks efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Stay updated on advancements in CNC technology and maintenance practices.
Job Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
- Experience: Proven experience as a CNC Maintenance Engineer or in a similar role.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong expertise in CNC machinery (Fanuc, Siemens, or Haas controls preferred).
- Skills:
- Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
- Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents, blueprints, and schematics.
- Proficiency with diagnostic tools and equipment.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
