Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process, collaborating with hiring managers, and sourcing exceptional candidates who align with our values and goals. Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand current and future hiring needs.
  • Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to onboarding.
  • Conduct phone screenings, interviews, and candidate evaluations.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for critical roles.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, promoting the organization’s culture and values.
  • Leverage recruitment tools, platforms, and networks to source candidates.
  • Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the process.
  • Track recruitment metrics and report on hiring progress.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

Job Requirements

Qualifications (Females Only)

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • Fluency in English is required.
  • Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in recruitment, specifically within the real estate industry is a MUST.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, sourcing techniques, and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards).
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
  • A results-driven mindset with a passion for identifying top talent.
