Job Description
●Deep expertise in Core Banking systems, particularly in Cards & Loans.
● Design and architect end-to-end solutions that meet business requirements and align with enterprise standards.
● Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and development teams to gather and analyzetechnical and functional requirements.
● Develop architectural blueprints, diagrams, and documentation to communicate solution designs effectively.
● Evaluate and recommend technologies, frameworks, and tools to optimize solution performance, scalability, and security.
● Lead technical discussions and provide guidance to development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in solution architecture, systems design, or related technical roles.
- Proven track record of designing and implementing complex enterprise solutions.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies, cloud computing, and integration patterns.
- Experience with both front-end and back-end technologies and frameworks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and remotely in a home-based arrangement.
- Demonstrated leadership in guiding cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with security, compliance, and data privacy standards.
- Adaptability to fast-paced environments and evolving business needs.
