Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in people compensation and payroll or related HR roles.
- Payroll Administration and Payroll Processing skills.
- Excellent Command of MS Office (Excel-Word-PowerPoint).
- Oracle HR and Oracle Applications expertise is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Certification in Payroll (CPP, FPC) is a plus.
