Job Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Payroll and Compensation Specialist located in Cairo, Egypt. The role involves tasks such as payroll administration, processing, handling payroll services, and ensuring compliance with payroll taxes.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in people compensation and payroll or related HR roles.
  • Payroll Administration and Payroll Processing skills.
  • Excellent Command of MS Office (Excel-Word-PowerPoint).
  • Oracle HR and Oracle Applications expertise is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Certification in Payroll (CPP, FPC) is a plus.
