Job Description
- Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
- Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
- Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software.
- Resolve technical problems with Local Area Networks (LAN), Wide Area Networks (WAN), and other systems.
- Use troubleshooting to diagnose and repair PCs, Laptops, printers, etc
- Design, implement and recommend technology solutions including directory, messaging, database, systems management, server virtualization, network storage and security to clients.
- Responsible for the smooth running of all users on different departments and ensuring users get maximum benefits.
- Provide skilled independent help-desk capabilities by phone or remotely.
- Maintain detailed awareness and understanding regarding current software and technical procedures.
- Primary support of Exchange 2013
- Demonstrate practical knowledge and experience with Server, Desktop, LAN, and WAN technologies.
- Install, test and configure workstations/laptops, software/applications and integration with Microsoft Active Directory.
- Leads the day-to-day operational support for server, storage or network infrastructures.
- Create and maintain documentation about corporate systems, policies and procedures.
- Configure internal systems.
- Upgrade the network infrastructure
- Install servers, devices and firewalls
- Train new system users, review and set up their accounts
- Monitor the performance of servers, software and hardware
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree of Computer Science, Engineering or any other related degree
- Solid understanding of LAN/WAN networks
- Proven experience with systems planning, security principles, and general software management.
- Very Good knowledge about ERP systems is must
- Very Good Knowledge of system security techniques
- Good Knowledge about VPN and CCTV
- Good Knowledge about the Firewall
- Good knowledge of at least one scripting language
- CCNA Certificate is preferable
- MCSE Certificate is preferable
- Good Knowledge about Microsoft AZURE is preferable
- Very Good communication skills
