Job Description

We're seeking a dynamic Performance Marketing Specialist eager to grow and contribute to our team's expertise in digital transformation strategy. As part of our team, you'll be responsible for managing performance marketing campaigns across various business objectives. Ideal candidates will possess strong advertising management skills and a keen aptitude for learning.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute digital acquisition activities across ad platforms such as SEM, social media, display advertising, affiliate marketing, and programmatic channels.
  • Manage budgets to achieve maximum KPI while maintaining optimal Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC).
  • Coordinate with multiple vendors and third-party trackers to meet acquisition goals.
  • Measure and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, evaluating against ROI and KPI targets.
  • Identify trends and insights to optimize spend and performance.
  • Utilize analytical abilities to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across channels.
  • Monitor campaign acquisition fraud and implement measures to minimize fraudulent activity.
  • Design and implement small-scale A-B test campaigns to optimize performance.
  • Propose new digital channels to efficiently increase new user acquisition.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field with a strong quantitative background.
  • Minimum 2 years of proven experience in digital marketing, preferably with extensive in-house digital performance marketing experience in technology sectors like e-commerce, online travel, or mobile gaming.
  • Proficiency in digital ads platforms such as Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and Twitter Ads.
  • Experience managing Ad Networks for acquisition campaigns.
  • Basic understanding of organic acquisition methods like App Store Optimization (ASO) and Search Engine Optimization (SEO).
  • Experience setting up platform integration with third parties for campaign setup and tracking purposes.
  • Creative ability to identify target audiences and develop engaging digital campaigns.
  • Familiarity with mobile attribution tools, such as Appsflyer.
  • Understandings of mobile app install fraud methods and monitoring tools like Appsflyer Protect 360.
  • Basic knowledge of Google Analytics.
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
  • Ability to generate meaningful reports using tools like Google Data Studio is a plus.
  • Experience in programmatic ad buying would be advantageous.
