Job Description
- Participate in preparing collection plan.
- Tracking the executing of collection plan with the collectors and customers.
- Tracking the collections received by the collectors and revising banks' receipts.
- Establish good relations with the customers and assist in solving their complaints.
- Study and analysis the reasons of collection problems and how to solve them.
- Preparing the efficiency reports related to the objectives of collection plan.
- Maintains the company prestige, reputation and its position in dealing with the customers.
- Evaluating the performance of collectors (quarterly, annually) by coordinating with the department manager.
Job Requirements
- High qualification (Commerce, Business administration) is preferred.
- 10 -12 years' experience in the same field.
- Good in English and computer applications skills .ERPs is preferred.
- Good appearance and excellent in verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Strong problem solving and decision making skills.
- Excellent time management and multi –tasking skills
