Beko Global is Hiring Payroll Lead to be part of the HR team
Responsibilities:
- Manage payroll in compliance with all existing governmental and labor requirements
- Ensure the system is updated with the respective payroll changes and provide Reports
- Monitor all medical insurance, pension plans, vacations, sick leave and Prepare Necessary Reports
- Review payroll payments and account reconciliations.
- Develop plans and proposals for employee’s compensation and benefits.
- Support to resolve payroll related issues.
- Liaise with Finance the auditors and manage payroll tax audits.
- Responsible for executing, monitoring, and reporting on all employee loans in adherence to loan policy and management approval.
- Prepare reports as well as different analytical reports that management can use to assess company performance and set department and company-wide goals.
Job Requirements
Requirements:
- 7 – 10 Years of Experience in Total Rewards
- Experience in Manufacturing Industry is a must.
- BSc degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Faculty of Law or related fields.
- Excellent in Microsoft Office
- Good in working ERP Systems.
- Excellent implementation of Labor Law, Social Insurance Law, and Income Taxes
- Excellent English skills, written and spoken.
- Excellent organizational, communication, analytics and reporting skills.
- Persuasion, influential, negotiation, problem solving, excellent project management skills.
- High level of commitment with the ability to work under pressure.
