Position Overview:*

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented financial professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in financial analysis, reporting, and budget management. This role requires strong analytical abilities, proficiency in financial software and tools, and a deep understanding of accounting principles and tax regulations.

*Key Responsibilities:*

- Prepare comprehensive financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends.
- Verify the accuracy of accounts by reconciling statements and transactions.
- Utilize strong analytical skills to identify trends and insights from financial data.
- Demonstrate proficiency in financial analysis and reporting, with a solid understanding of Management Information Systems (MIS) reporting.
- Lead the preparation of budgets and perform variance analysis to ensure financial objectives are met.
- Exhibit expertise in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, including advanced functions and data visualization techniques.
- Maintain a strong knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and regulations.
- Communicate financial information effectively, both in writing and presentations.
- Collaborate effectively within a team environment while also being capable of working independently.

 - Develop budgeting (for departments and projects)

 - Prepare cost projections , analyze & report on current financial status

  - Explore investment options and present risk and opportunities

*Position Requirements:*

- *Education:* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CMA preferred).
- *Experience:* Minimum of 10 years in relevant financial fields, with experience in ERP systems.
- *Language Skills:* Proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
- *Technical Skills:* Strong knowledge of tax regulations (Income Tax & Withholding Tax), accounting/finance, and PC proficiency, particularly in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
- Demonstrated experience in data collection and analysis.
- Ability to effectively track and manage budget expenses.
