Build the most effective transportation plan.
Place bookings with carriers. Responsible for the online booking with shipping line.
Submit final documents and VGM for all shipments.
Secure all trucking rates
Monitor carriers’ and terminals’ schedules.
Monitor shipment processes and coordinate with customs, carriers, and vendors.
Schedule loadings and monitor completion. Coordinate with customs and inland brokers for cargo loading.
Meet documentation deadlines. Prepare, review, and submit export documentation
Respond to internal customer inquiries related to export activities.
Follow up with packing companies.
Follow up with the clearance procedures.
Working in coordination with Finance, Production and Logistics units.
Handling system entries. Prepare daily record sheets for all shipments.
Monitor all milestones with shippers, carriers, and customers.
Support sales efforts with timely responses to rate requests.
Provide the accounting department with proper and correct billing information.
Maintain SOP and companies’ policies.
Evaluate risks and provide insurance.
Keep customers up to date with the progress.
Manage all processes to ensure client satisfaction.
Perform any other tasks as requested by Export Execution Department

-At least 1 or 2 years of experience in import and export operations.

- Proven experience with export documentation, compliance, and logistics coordination.

- Strong attention to detail and a professional attitude.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other related software.
