Job Description
- Receive list of potential and existing clients from line manager and contact them..
- Initiating sales with potential customers over the phone.
- Ask questions to engage customers and keep the conversation going.
- Listening to the customers' needs to generate sales.
- Gathering and documenting customer information, payment methods, purchases, and reactions to products.
- Stay up to date with all products and informing customers of new products.
- Answering customers' questions on the products.
- Take photos of some products as requested and share them with clients.
- Follow up with clients on order delivery.
- Conduct periodical calls to check on customer satisfaction and complaints if any.
- Meeting sales targets and generate revenue.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in any discipline.
- 0-1 years of experience as direct sales rep, telesales or customer service rep.
- Experience in Automotive is an asset but not a must.
- Good command of English.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Able to meet sales target
- Passionate about sales and Spare parts.
