Job Description
- Plan sourcing to support manufacturing and operations at the plant level
- Approve the selection and qualification of suppliers, Negotiate with suppliers and implementing agreements for local procurement of goods and services.
- Develops strategies to improve supplier performance.
- Work with Business Development and Technology to set specifications for products and services.
- Ensure the timely creation of purchase orders in response to material requirements.
- Ensure single and sole source has been executed by the buyer or specifying customer.
- Expedite, de-expedite and issues change purchase orders to meet manufacturing, field plant or project demands.
- Resolve systemic or process-oriented Goods and Invoice Receipt Issues. Including Electronic Data Interchange (EDI).
- Facilitates discussions between internal customers and suppliers.
- Executes special procurement projects..
- Ensure accounts receivable are collected at the right timing to insure to maintain the cash flow of the property.
- Plan for the assets up keeping on a long-term plan.
- Manage the relationship between the tenants and Mall Management.
Job Requirements
- BSc/BA in Engineering Civil or Architecture.
- Minimum of 15+ years of experience in procurement which includes experience in purchasing and demonstrated leadership skills
- Very Good command of English language.
- Proficiency in MS Office Excel and Word.
- Oracle or ERP system.
