Job Description

Will Join our team as a vital contributor, leading project execution to ensure compliance with company policies, contractual agreements, quality standards, health, safety & environment requirements, and financial targets. Your role is crucial in meeting schedule commitments and supporting organizational process improvement for enhanced project execution effectiveness. 

 

As the Project Manager, you will: 

  • Manage all aspects of project support from initiation to delivery, ensuring proactive management of resources, processes, expectations, and quality. 
  • Conduct detailed checks on files produced by freelance teams to maintain high-quality standards.  Keep project schedules on track and ensure on-time delivery. 
  • Perform administrative duties including project closures and folder structure maintenance. 
  • Ensure project resources have the necessary tools and information for task completion.  Communicate schedule or scope changes to resources promptly. 
  • Provide feedback on external resource performance to Vendor Management. 
  • Make recommendations for process improvements to enhance profitability and quality. 
  • Provide clients with quotations and detailed delivery plans. 
  • Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns. 
  • Interface with clients post the 3-month probation period. 
  • Build and maintain client relationships, focusing on problem-solving. 
  • Work on profit increase through budget management and exploring additional product lines.  Improve processes and user experience using various tools

Job Requirements

  • 2 OR 3 years of experience in the Localization Industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, ability to clearly articulate the localization life-cycle to clients.
  • Organizational and leadership skills.
  • Proven abilities in project planning, resource, and risk management.
  • Problem-solving capabilities.
  • Quality and detail-oriented
