Job Description

  • Oversee the solutions implementation and delivery of software solutions.
  • Define the development and testing best-practices, help the team with the optimization of certain systems
  • Design and oversee implementation of end-to-end integrated solutions.
  • Lead the service delivery team, manage conflict, and ensure the team's processes and tasks are carried out efficiently.
  • Assess customer feedback and using tools to establish, improve, and refine services.
  • Build partnerships with the team to determine the company's services, delivery criteria, and solutions for issues that may arise.
  • Manage all team efforts as projects. Hence, project management is a main responsibility 
  • Develop and maintain the relevant technical expertise, software development, programming languages, etc.
  • Strategic planning and reporting for business solutions, business enablement, and process improvement initiatives.                   
  • Implement and enforce the security policy/procedures set by the Technology Security Officer     
  • Implement and enforce the technical policy/procedures set by the Technology Enterprise Architect
  • Automate business processes and procedures into technology solutions               
  • Implement business requirements through the customization of existing solutions, selecting new solutions and/or the development of special solutions.
  • Ability to gather, analysis & implement stakeholders' requirements in order to ensure the integration of business processes.
  • Design, planning and management of all the existing and new solutions.
  • Overall operation of all the teams including defining policies and procedures to be followed by all.
  • Define the appropriate service level agreements (SLAs) with the business users regarding time to respond to new business requests and support related activities.

Job Requirements

  • B.SC degree in Computer Science/Engineering /  ITIL, PMP is plus
