Job Description
- Maintain standardized tender templates and documentation.
- Prepare complete and timely RFPs comprising instructions to bidders, contract form, general terms and conditions, proposal forms, deadlines, etc.
- Obtain required approvals and issue approved technical and financial RFPs.
- Collect, evaluate and negotiate proposals from vendors.
- Correspond with vendors in conjunction with the tender process as required, ie, non-disclosure agreements, confirmation of interest, etc.
- Adhere to tendering policies and procedures.
- Maintain tendering files and arrange their archiving upon tender completion.
- Prepare tenders status reports and expected timelines on a regular basis and when requested.
Job Requirements
- A minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Business or relevant field
- From 2 to 4 years of experience in procurement activities
