Job Description

  • Conduct inventory cycle counting and inventory accuracy checks and perform periodic, regular and ad-hoc inventory control analysis, including but not limited to inventory movement, shrinkage, obsolete items, depleted assets, etc. and take the necessary action to reduce shrinkage. 
  • Analyze weekly sales reports for all divisions and business models (Offline and Online), 
  • Follow up on the required files issued by the SSC for the sale and promotion activities, submit the requests for permits (sale, promotions, commercial activities) and subsequently perform analysis of sale period and promotions performance
  • Approve invoices payment in relation to Loss Prevention 
  • Monitor the orders for Qanz cards and assign the replenishment to the stores, and analyze the stores’ performance (Assigned cards vs redeemed amount) 
  • Assist in the opening and closure of the stores by coordinating with the project management and local authorities to provide the CCTV layout and installation in new stores, as well to ensure that all security procedures are in place and communicated to the staff.
  • Manage the issuance and renewal of trade licenses, mall and police permits - where applicable 
  • Coordinate with the insurance representative on the issuance/renewal of property insurance certificates, and claim requests (Water leakage, Fire incident, Asset damages, etc.) and confirm the compensated value. 
  • Confirm compliance of CCTV, alarm systems, access control, and other key areas in the stores with civil defense and municipality guidelines and regulations 
  • Manage investigations related to theft, malpractice or other incidents caused by staff or third parties and report findings / recommendations to management. 

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent; Accounting/Finance is a plus 
  •  2 to 4 years of experience in Inventory and LP or a related field; exposure in retail is a plus  
  • Fluency in English 
  • Proficiency in MS office
