Job Description

  • Accurately process customer orders, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment.
  • Manage customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service
  • Maintain and update sales records, tracking key metrics and preparing reports.
  • Assist sales representatives with administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments and preparing presentations.
  • Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure adequate inventory levels and timely shipments.
  • Assist in the preparation and management of sales contracts.
  • Accurately input sales data into SAP, maintaining data integrity and facilitating efficient reporting.

Job Requirements

  • Good computer skills (MS Office)
  • Proficiency in English
  • Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A team player with high level of dedication
  • BSc/BA in business administration or relevant field; certification in sales or marketing will be an asset
