Job Description
- Accurately process customer orders, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment.
- Manage customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service
- Maintain and update sales records, tracking key metrics and preparing reports.
- Assist sales representatives with administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments and preparing presentations.
- Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure adequate inventory levels and timely shipments.
- Assist in the preparation and management of sales contracts.
- Accurately input sales data into SAP, maintaining data integrity and facilitating efficient reporting.
Job Requirements
- Good computer skills (MS Office)
- Proficiency in English
- Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A team player with high level of dedication
- BSc/BA in business administration or relevant field; certification in sales or marketing will be an asset
