Job Description
- Present, promote, and sell services, be able to communicate well with customers.
- Achieve targets and outcomes within the scheduled time.
- Understanding your customers’ needs.
- Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments to reach the target.
- Writing reports on customer needs, problems, interests.
- Continuously improve through feedback.
- Meet clients either in the office or outside (clients premises, developers premises, project site, etc...).
- Providing direct manager with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potentials for new products/services.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree.
- Maximum age is 30.
- Experience From 1 to 2 Years “Sales Real Estate”.
- Excellent Selling Real Estate, Negotiation and Presentation skills.
