Job Description
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the financial accounting Section.
- Prepare and review financial statements.
- Supervise the team of accountants, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Monitor and analyze financial data, investigating variances and making recommendations for improvement.
- Manage cash flow, including forecasting and monitoring of receivables and payables.
- Conduct cost analysis for manufacturing processes, including raw materials, labor, and overhead costs.
- Analyze and report on product costs, variances, and profitability.
- Prepare and present cost reports.
- Participate in budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Manage daily cash transactions, including cash positioning, forecasting, and reconciliation.
- Execute and monitor the company's treasury activities, including bank account management, wire transfers, and foreign exchange management.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely recording of treasury transactions in the general ledger.
- Monitor and analyze key financial metrics related to cash flow, liquidity, and debt to provide insights and recommendations for decision-making.
- Prepare and review treasury reports.
Job Requirements
- Odoo user is a MUST.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve complex financial issues.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in financial data analysis and reporting.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel.
- Time-management abilities.
