Reconciliation and Settlement Senior Officer

Purpose:

Reconciliation and settlement Senior officer will help the business to reconcile all Khales payment transactions across the systems, and with eKhales billers, partners, Omni channels and settlement bank. The role is responsible about supervision as a 2nd level of reconciling payments to ensure the accounting system reflects the correct transactions

Job Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

1.  Ensure daily validation of settlement reports
2.  Perform daily and monthly reconciliation of financial reports
3.  Handle and follow up with all the customers any invoicing or settlement problem
4.  Handle and follow up with all disputes related activities
5.  Channels reconciliation and settlement.
