Job Description
- To carry out the tests required on the substance by standard screening methods.
- Document the results in the forms designed for this purpose and thereafter Report to the department of Quality.
- Perform calibration operations according to standard calibration methods for all measurement devices found in quality laboratories.
- Maintain inspection and testing tools and devices in a timely manner Keep it running and make sure it's accurate.
- Monitoring production processes and the extent to which they follow instructions and methods industry approved standard operation.
- Document the results of monitoring operations in the reports prepared therefor and thereafter submitted to the director of Quality Control for review and approval.
- Review all standard operating instructions on production orders and how well they fit into what's actually being done.
- Coordinate with the Department of Research and development for amendments to standard operating instructions and methods.
- Control of Packaging Materials
- Monitor the process of packing with production and ensure that instructions on packing quality are applied
- Review product data and review INK-JET data.
- Responsible for returns between subsidiary plant Central factory for finished products, ores and packaging materials .
- Notify the Director of the Quality Control Department when a mismatch is detected in Product specification for NCMR.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Chemistry or equivalent.
- At least 2 year experience as a QC Specialist in paints and/or coating materials
