• Support compliance with GAAP, IFRS, tax regulations, and industry-specific financial requirements.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements, audit reports, and regulatory filings.
• Financial Data Analysis & Cost Management:
• Analyze project-based financial data to ensure cost efficiency and profitability.
• Track costs related to freelance translators, linguists, software, and operational expenses.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities in localization workflows, vendor contracts, and technology usage.
• Monitor budget variances and provide insights for cost optimization.

Budgeting & Forecasting:

• Assist in annual budget preparation, cost forecasts, and financial planning.
• Provide financial insights to help set pricing strategies and service rates.
• Evaluate financial risks related to currency fluctuations and international transactions.
• Accounts Payable & Receivable Management:
• Oversee vendor payments, client invoicing, and reconciliation of accounts.
• Ensure timely processing of payments to subcontractors and localization partners.
• Work with finance and operations teams to streamline payment workflows and minimize financial risks.
