What? Full-time, Permanent
Work Week? Monday to Friday, 11:00 am – 8:00 pm (EGY Time)
How Much?
- Salary: 20,000 EGP
- Bonus: 24,000 EGP (Every Quarter after probation!)

Your Mission:
As the Operations Team Lead at Fixcrowd, you’ll spearhead the Project Coordination and Technical Solutions teams, ensuring seamless operations, efficient service delivery, and exceptional customer satisfaction. You will be pivotal in optimising workflows, enhancing team productivity, and driving success through effective leadership, strategy, and execution.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Team Leadership & Development
- Oversee both the Project Coordinators and Technical Solutions Coordinators, ensuring alignment with Fixcrowd’s operational goals.
- Foster a positive, motivated, and high-performing team environment.
- Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions to ensure team members are continuously improving and achieving targets.
2. Operations Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement operational strategies to maximise efficiency, streamline processes, and enhance service quality.
- Set and monitor performance metrics for each team, analysing and addressing any gaps in productivity or service standards.
- Manage workload distribution to ensure optimal use of resources across both teams.
3. Engineer & Client Coordination
- Ensure effective communication and coordination between engineers and clients, facilitating smooth job execution and timely issue resolution.
- Monitor engineer schedules, task allocations, and location dispatches to achieve service efficiency and meet daily targets.
- Act as a point of escalation for complex issues, ensuring swift and satisfactory resolutions.
4. Quality Assurance & Performance Tracking
- Maintain high-quality standards by verifying job documentation, reviewing before and after photos, and conducting regular quality checks on completed tasks.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as job completion times, client satisfaction, and team productivity.
- Provide regular performance feedback, coaching, and support to team members, fostering continuous improvement.
5. Technical & Scheduling Optimization
- Optimise scheduling and routing to minimise engineer travel time and maximise job coverage.
- Ensure that engineers are matched to tasks based on their skills and expertise, improving job efficiency and client satisfaction.
- Oversee material sourcing and equipment management, ensuring necessary resources are available for every job.
6. Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and proactive communication on job statuses.
- Address any client concerns or issues that arise, representing Fixcrowd's commitment to quality and transparency.
- Oversee proactive communications for key stakeholders, including property managers, tenants, suppliers, and contractors.
