Job Description
- General Ledger Management: Maintain and reconcile the general ledger, ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded and classified.
- Month-End Close: Assist in the month-end close process by preparing journal entries, account reconciliations, and variance analyses.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and schedules for management and external stakeholders.
- Audit Support: Assist in internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations regarding financial transactions.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with accounting policies, procedures, and relevant regulations.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement within the accounting functions and implement best practices.
Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to support financial reporting and provide insights into financial performance
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 2 to 5 years of experience in general ledger accounting or related financial roles.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax and financial regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting Odoo software and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
