Job Description
Responsible for Leading the Maintenance department including the maintenance policies, activities for maintenance staff. Also responsible for Leading, Coordinating, Controlling and managing the activities related to setting up, installing, repairing and maintaining facility and manufacturing equipment’s. Directs and Lead the activities of workers engaged in repair, maintenance, and installation of machines, tools, and equipment. Suggest the purchase department section head regarding purchase of machinery.
- Responsible for planning and developing of activities for the betterment of maintenance processes with new ideas and techniques.
- Overall responsibility for preventative maintenance program, techniques and processes of improvement.
- Ability to read the machines hydraulic/electrical/electronic diagram and trouble shoot on machines breakdown for staff guidance in critical situation.
- Planning and implementing of production processes improvements and expansions of ideas related to machinery and technology to increase the production and plant performance
- Reviews the operation of plant equipment and systems constantly to minimize unplanned downtime, anticipate solve problems in a timely manner, and to identify opportunities for improvement.
- 12 – 15 years of experience in maintenance field.in which 5 years as a department manager.
- Bachelors or Master’s Degree in Electronics/Electrical Mechanical/Mechatronic
