Responsibilities:

Construction Finishing:

• Supervise and inspect all finishing activities on-site, including plastering, painting, tiling, carpentry, and fittings.
• Ensure that all finishing work meets quality standards and specifications.
• Resolve on-site issues with contractors and coordinate adjustments as needed to maintain quality and timelines.

Digital Tools & Documentation:

• Use digital tools (e.g., project management software, inventory management tools) to monitor progress and report on-site activities.
• Maintain accurate and timely records of daily activities, including progress reports, quality control checklists, and material usage.
• Implement technology solutions to streamline site operations and improve communication with project managers and stakeholders.

Inventory & Materials Management:

• Oversee on-site inventory, ensuring all materials are accounted for, properly stored, and tracked.
• Work closely with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of materials to the site.
• Minimize material wastage and track material usage against project budgets.

Safety & Compliance:

• Ensure adherence to all safety and compliance regulations on-site.
• Conduct regular safety audits and provide training to on-site teams as necessary.

Communication & Coordination:

• Act as a liaison between project management, contractors, and on-site teams to ensure smooth project progression.
• Address and resolve any issues related to project delays, quality control, or material shortages.
