Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled sales coordinator who really practically knows everything that's going on, in the world of sales coordination INSIDE factories to effectively coordinate the day-to-day sales operations internally, inside the factory between many internal divisions & teams like coordinating the daily sales operations between the sales representatives, the production department, the factory management, the financial department and so on. We're looking for someone who's a proven real expert, who's a master in handling various communications & requests smoothly & at the same time, and who will assume overall responsibility for effectively coordinating the internal day-to-day sales operations, offline, inside the factory which will directly result in playing a crucial & strategic role within our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Coordination: Handle customer inquiries, support the sales team in client interactions, and manage various communications.
- Sales Documentation: Prepare, organize, and maintain sales documents and contracts.
- Order Processing: Manage order fulfillment from initiation to completion, ensuring timely deliveries and issues resolving.
- CRM Management: Update customer information and sales activities in the CRM and generate reports as needed.
- Market Analysis: Provide insights into market trends and competitor activities.
- Team Support: Assist sales reps in organizing schedules and travel arrangements.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. A master's degree is a great plus.
- Proven experience for at least 7+ years as a professional sales coordinator in a factory environment.
- Having many previous working experiences in industrial sectors.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Totally proficient in using top CRM software and MS Office suite.
- Having good business acumen & complete understanding of what successful sales coordination looks like inside factories.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and informed decision-making abilities.
