Job Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a HVAC BIM Design Engineer located in 6th of October. The HVAC BIM Design Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining HVAC systems using BIM. This includes developing, detailing, and coordinating HVAC plans, sections, schedules, and details. They will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and provide customized solutions.
STRONG KNOWLEDGE OF BIM IS A MUST
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in designing HVAC systems using BIM software such as Revit MEP.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems design, Smoke Evacuation, and sprinkler layout.
- Good knowledge of the latest cooling and heating technologies and equipment.
- Knowledge of different project phases and requirements such as design documentations, specifications, and construction documents.
- Thorough understanding of codes and standards including ASHREA, NFPA, and International Building Codes (IBC).
