Financial Analysis: - Make Variance Financial Analysis to 17 marketplaces (Amazon, Walmart, Way-fair, Overstock and Macy’s), compared with historical years.
- Analyze past results, identify trends, and make recommendations for investments.
- Prepare PPT to Management to monitor the current situation and to direct the new investments.
- Analyze financial data and create financial models for decision support.
- Preparing and reporting sales to inventory and inventory turnover ratios.
- Perform financial forecasting, reporting, and operational metrics.
PO Billing & Cost allocation: - Allocate the Purchase orders costs
- Validate the matching between POs, invoices and items receipt
- Calculate (Broker fees, bank charge, demurrage fees, Ocean freight cost, inspection fees, incoming shipping cost). And allocate them over item list.
- Calculate & record the invoices of various suppliers on Net suite like (Atlantic ocean).
- Coordinate with the supply chain team about the inbound shipment feature (in transit , partially received , Fully received , rejected etc…)
- Aging Analysis of Various customers.
A/P & A/R Tasks - Download various customer payments from customers website and compare between the invoices they paid and what we have on NetSuite.
- Record transactions of credit cards.
