Job Description
- Collect the line loading plan from the Planning Department
- Collect size set sample and make operation bulletin accordingly.
- Collect the Operation Bulletin and make a paper layout.
- Discuss with the Maintenance in charge regarding the machine, folder, attachment, and technical personnel for technical issues.
- Find out the bottleneck process and solve it.
- Give daily production targets and follow-up production achievements.
- Hourly production follow-up
- Workstation design
- Prepare daily Man/ Machine reports.
Job Requirements
- An engineering bachelor’s degree is a must.
- 3-6 years of experience.
- Experience needed in Garment/textile production facility.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Management skills
- solve problems skills.
- Fluent in English.
- Lean manufacturing - six sigma.
