About the job:

We're looking for an IT Specialist to be Responsible for providing technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, or software. Responds to queries, runs diagnostic programs, isolates problems, and determines and implements solutions. knowledge about Windows Server, Firewall, and security.

Responsibilities:

  • Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners.
  • Experience in supporting end users on a corporate network; specifically support involving Switches, Subnets, Routers, VLANs, DNS, Network Shares, Network Storage, File/Print services, Directory Services, Etc. is preferred.
  • Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone).
  • Setting up accounts and E-mails for new employees.
  • Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary.
  • Testing new technology.
  • Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
  • Perform timely workstation hardware and software upgrades as required.
  • Maintain daily performance of computer systems.
  • Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software.
  • Managing and troubleshooting any end-user equipment printers, scanners, and VC.
  • Run diagnostic programs to resolve problems.
  • Resolve technical problems with Local Area Networks (LAN), Wide Area Networks (WAN), and other systems.
  • Install computer peripherals for users.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or similar is a must.
  • At least 3 years experience as a network support technician.
  • Knowledge of networking protocols, especially TCP/IP.
  • Knowledge of CCNA, MCSA, and Operating systems.
  • Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products.
  • Strong knowledge of Racks installation and WIFI solutions, ESXI VMware systems
  • Proficiency in all Windows servers.
  • MICROTEK Router configuration knowledge.
  • Internet line merges Knowledge.
  • Experience with firewalls cyber Security and networking.
  • 3+ years of troubleshooting in a multi-user high availability environment experience.
  • 2+ years of PC repair, troubleshooting, deployment, and liquidation experience.
  • 3+ years of IT client, server, and network service delivery experience.
  • 2+ years of networking (such as DNS, DHCP, SSL, OSI Model, and TCP/IP) experience.
  • 2+ years of corporate setting Windows, Mac, or Linux Operating systems support experience.
  • 2+ years of supporting and maintaining a corporate network environment experience.


Working conditions:

  • Working hours: 9 Hours from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM including 1 hour break.
  • Working days: 6 Days per week from Monday to Saturday (Sunday off)
