Job Description
- Maintain contact with clients to obtain customer feedback regarding product/service quality
- Deliver exceptional customer service to a wide range of customers, by identifying, meeting, and exceeding their expectations
- Builds and maintains smooth relations with the customers, to obtain their loyalty, and takes note of any potential customers they may recommend
- Ensures that all customers are welcomed as soon as possible and that they are given reasonable estimates of the costs and time required for their repair jobs and maintenance work.
- Handles customer complaints as soon as possible.
- Implements and maintains a customer satisfaction system for the after-sales department.
- Supervise the operations of after-sales teams to ensure set targets are met
- Develop and implement strategies effective for ensuring a satisfied clientele and increased returns
- Develop and optimize support and service processes, tools, and systems
- Oversee all post-sales services provided to clients to ensure customer satisfaction
- Provide periodic reports to management on all after-sales activities
- Ensure compliance with all general and company policies when carrying out job duties.
Job Requirements
- Experience in after-sales at least + 7 years
- Master Degree is a Plus
- English : Strong Level
- previous experience in Medical devices companies or Home appliance companies
- Good user for ERP system and CRM system
- Strong customer focus.
- Excellent Communication and Negotiation Skills.
