Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) Manager to join our team at Place Vendôme Mall. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing comprehensive HSE programs to ensure the safety and well-being of all stakeholders within the mall premises.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HSE programs, policies, and procedures tailored to the specific needs of Place Vendôme Mall.
- Identify and mitigate potential health, safety, and environmental risks within the mall premises.
- Ensure compliance with local, regional, and national HSE regulations and standards.
- Conduct HSE training programs for employees, contractors, and tenants.
- Lead investigations into HSE incidents and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Develop and maintain emergency response plans and procedures.
- Drive initiatives to promote environmental sustainability within the mall.
- Collaborate with mall management, tenants, and local authorities on HSE matters.
- Maintain accurate records of HSE activities and prepare regular reports for management and regulatory agencies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in HSE management, preferably in a retail, hospitality, or property management environment in Manager role.
- Strong understanding of HSE regulations and standards.
- NEBOSH Diploma/Certification is required
- IOSH membership required. Other HSEQ Training will be an advantage
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and HSE management software.
