Job Description

  • Preparation of Execution Drawings: Develop execution drawings and obtain approval from the main contractor and consultant before commencing physical execution.
  • Site Inspection: Conduct site inspections prior to drawing preparation to ensure accurate representation.
  • Coordination: Coordinate with the site engineer to resolve any discrepancies between the submitted drawings and the actual site conditions.
  • Design Drawing Review: Review design drawings and prepare Request for Information (RFI) for each project item.
  • Contract vs. Bill of Quantities: Ensure alignment between contracts and the bill of quantities.
  • Subcontractor Approvals: Secure necessary approvals for subcontractors before commencing work.
  • Inventory Review: Review site inventory reports and incorporate them into the drawings.
  • Subcontractor Statements: Prepare subcontractor statements based on progress percentages.
  • Post-Measurement Statements: Prepare statements after the measurement process and submit them to the financial department for client billing.
  • Monthly Statements: Generate monthly statements for each site, calculating deviation rates and comparing them to the monthly owner's statement.
  • Progress Tracking: Monitor progress rates and compare them to the monthly schedule.
  • Reporting: Prepare monthly reports detailing required works, progress percentages, and comparisons to the approved schedule.
  • Claims: Prepare claims related to the project within the contractual timeframe, addressing any impacts on project cost or duration.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that items are supplied according to the contract's technical specifications and follow up through quality reports.
  • Performance Deviation Reports: Prepare monthly reports on performance deviations submitted by the execution supervisor, comparing them to the schedule and inventory.
  • Purchase Requests: Monitor daily all purchase requests submitted to the management from the site.
  • Final Statements: Prepare final statements for each project, compiling technical notes and changes made during the project.

Job Requirements

  • BS degree in Civil Engineering 
  • Work experience from 3 years to 5 years
  • Experience a technical office Engineer 
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Proficiency in using AutoCAD and Revit software
