Andalusia Hospital in Alexandria needs:
Lab specialist Doctor
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Being part in writing the policies and procedures concerning lab.
- Revise and confirm lab test results conducted by chemists and technicians before being handled to patients.
- Resolve any technical problems faced by chemists or technicians and give support in how to avoid them in the future.
- Responsible for supervising the on boarding and training of new employees
- Supervise the implementation of quality standards and all the corrective actions are applied by the chemists and technicians.
- Provide consultation to clinicians of other specialities regarding lab tests.
- Provide consultation to patients and relatives whether prior or after conducting the tests.
- Make sure all tests handled to patients are correct and following the guidelines to maintain Andalusia lab brand.
Job Requirements
- Master degree in clinical pathology or Egyptian fellowship in clinical pathology.
- Bachelor of Medicine. (MBBCH).
- Infection control and lab safety.
- Lab technologies.
- 2 Years of experience in a clinical, private or governmental lab.
