Job Description
Urgently Needed- For a Manufacturing Company in 6th of October City
Main Tasks:
- Monitoring the HR needs of different departments.
- Handling recruitment and hiring processes.
- Implementing Performance Management System.
- Maintaining employee files.
- Preparing attendance and vacation reports.
- Cooperation with government agencies (Social insurance- labor office – health insurance)
- Preparing payroll accurately.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree / HR Diploma is preferred.
- 5-8 years of experience.
- Excellent MS Office skills
- Excellent communication, presentation and listening skills.
