Job Description
An ideal IT Helpdesk is responsible for:
- Providing technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, software, and networking.
- Responding to queries, running diagnostic programs, isolating problems, and determining and implementing solutions.
- Handling incidents and service desk tickets
- Keeping the inventory of the IT hardware up to date
Job Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in a similar role.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Communications & Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or relevant field.
- Knowledge of CCNA, MCSE, Operating systems, antivirus, emails, windows server, Surveillance system
- The ability to relocate temporarily to Alexandria based on business needs.
- Attention to detail and good problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, and excellent communication skills.
- Very good English (reading, writing, listening)
