El-Ola Steel Group is actively seeking a highly qualified and experienced Accounting Manager to join our esteemed team. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 15 years of experience in accounting and financial field, with a strong preference for a background in the industrial field.
Job Responsibilities:
-Oversee and lead day-to-day accounting operations.
-Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting standards.
-Collaborate with other accounting sections to enhance financial processes.
-Manage budgeting and forecasting processes.
-Oversee internal and external audits.
Develop and maintain internal controls to mitigate financial risks.
Job Requirements
-10-15 years of experience with the same role.
-Proven track record in progressively responsible financial leadership roles.
-Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
-CPA or relevant professional certification is a plus.
-Background experience in the industrial field is highly preferred.
-Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a high-performing accounting team.
-Proficiency in relevant accounting software and ERP systems.
-Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
