Job Description: Customer Support And Call Center Agent

Position: Customer Service and Call Center Agent
Location: Remote
Department: Customer Service
Reports To: Call Center Manager
Employment Type: Full-time/Part-time/Shift-based

Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Call Center Agent to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling outbound customer interactions, providing excellent service, and resolving inquiries efficiently. This role requires strong communication skills, particularly fluency in English (C1/C2), a positive attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.


  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications are a plus.
  • Proven experience in a customer service or call center role.
  • Fluency in English is essential; English C1/C2
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a high-volume environment.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems, databases, and CRM software.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
  • A positive attitude and a strong commitment to providing outstanding customer service.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in Call Center/ Customer Service to English Customers
  • Bilingual or multilingual abilities are advantageous.
  • Familiarity with call center telephony and technology.

Job Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints, providing accurate and timely information.
  • Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge to assist customers effectively.
  • Record and update customer information in the database accurately.
  • Follow established protocols and procedures for resolving customer issues.
  • Escalate complex issues to higher-level support when necessary.
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call handling time, customer satisfaction, and quality standards.
  • Participate in training sessions and ongoing learning opportunities to improve service delivery.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
