Job Description
1- Maintain/Develop company HSE management system, including all HSE documents and processes.
2- Prepare Project's HSE plan, Risk Assessment, any other HSE documents required.
3- Assist in the preparation of Jobs risk assessments with other technical departments.
4- Carryout periodic internal audits to ensure the compliance with ISO 45001 standards.
5- Monitor legal requirements and changes in legislation affecting health, safety and welfare of employees.
6- Follow up the validity of competency of the technical staff including (Training, Medical condition, Licenses,..etc)
7- Follow up the validity of company properties (Scaffolding, Equipment, Tools, PPE,..etc).
8- Manage, follow up, advise and conduct regular site visits to the HSE Officers on site.
9- Lead the HSE part for any new tenders or project.
10- Any other responsibility may be required relevant to Health, Safety and Environment.
Job Requirements
1- Egyptian nationality only.
2- Good in English.
3- 2-3 Years of experience.
4- Knowledge of ISO 45001 and it’s application within the scope of the company.
5- NEBOSH IGC is not mandatory but will be highly considered.
6- If NEBOSH IGC is not exist so IOSH Managing Safely is a must.
7- Previous experience in managing HSE matters in construction, finishing, Fit-out or Telecom projects.
8- Able to prepare different types of HSE reports, registers and statistics.
9- Able to conduct training for different HSE topics.
10- Have a good attitude and good communication skills and can effectively communicate within organization’s different levels.
