Job Description
- Develop integrated communication and marketing strategies to promote programs and incubation activities.
- Create engaging content, including press releases, articles, and social media posts, to enhance program visibility.
- Collaborate with Programs Managers and startups to gather success stories and achievements for marketing purposes.
- Coordinate with the social media specialist to amplify the reach of communication and marketing efforts.
- Manage relationships with media outlets, bloggers, and influencers to enhance visibility and coverage.
- Organize and facilitate media events, interviews, and promotional activities to support marketing initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of communication and marketing strategies and adjust as needed.
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging across all communication and marketing channels.
- Work closely with the General Manager to align communication and marketing strategies with overall business goals.
- Develop and maintain a strong network of industry contacts for collaboration and partnership opportunities.

- Highly organized and able to multitask and oversee several projects simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
