Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
- Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics
- Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
- Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise
- Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
- Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way
- Frequently attend educational seminars to improve knowledge and performance level
- Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
Job Requirements
- Ability to work in a time-critical environment.
- Able to speak with customers in a calm, enthusiastic and friendly tone of voice.
- Skill in providing an exceptional customer experience.
- Fluency in both written and speaking in the language.
- Flexible with rotational shifts.
- Ability to be flexible and quickly adapt to changing business needs and processes.
- Fluency in English is a must
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Experience in CS is a plus.
