Job Description
- Manage all accounting transactions
- Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
- Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
- Assist with day-to-day accounting tasks, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries
- Maintain accurate and organized financial records
- Provide administrative support to the finance department as needed
- Audit financial transactions and documents
- Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
- Comply with financial policies and regulations
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 2-4 years of accounting experience preferred, but recent graduates are encouraged to apply
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
